Radha Vitamin C Serum – Review

Hi everyone~

Today I am here to give you the review I promised on the Vitamin C Serum by Radha Beauty.

Pros: It contains 20% active Vitamin C, Vitamin E, aloe, witch hazel, jojoba oil and 10% HA according to the Q&A section. The serum is vegan, cruelty free and organic, with a money back guarantee.

I’ll start off by saying I have another HA serum with vitamin C at home, and this product seems just as good, but could be better.I have been using this for about a week and my skin feels like silk and hydrated all day. 🙂 I have noticed my skin tone has evened out while using it more noticeably on my hands since that’s where I mostly applied it. The package comes safe and secure, and the dropper comes wrapped outside the bottle tightly wrapped in bubble wrap. This is something new for me, because my other HA serum had the dropper inside the bottle.

Cons: I got this product on a hot summer day (possibly 100+ outside), so there is a heavy chemical smell and I am not sure if it comes like that or it was because of the hot weather. Regardless, I still used this every night for about a week because the benefits are awesome, but it’s the reason I’ll knock off 2 points, and why I switched from facial application to putting it on my hands. It is liquid in consistency and absorbs quickly, and faster than any of my other serums, which is nice but also unusual. After my own research on HA and owning a 5% HA serum, I know its supposed to to be more of a gel consistency, not watery. Their Q&A section states however that their product is specifically formulated this way for better absorbency, but I’m still a little doubtful on their HA content. The product also boasts reduction of fine line and wrinkles, but I have none so I can’t review on those terms.

Score: 3 out of 5
